Located under 15 minutes from our 3111 S Valley View Blvd facility. Our dedicated union carpenters and technicians provide scheduled loading dock staging, move-in oversight, and same-day show floor support.

Freight, Loading Dock & Marshalling Yard Logistics

The LVCC features expansive marshalling facilities off Swenson St and Desert Inn Rd. All inbound exhibit freight must check in at the official marshalling yard prior to dock staging. Targeted move-in schedules are strictly enforced by the General Contractor (Freeman / GES). Direct dock delivery is available for local fabricators with advance dock passes.

Union Labor Jurisdiction & Work Rules

Installation and dismantle of exhibits in the LVCC falls under the jurisdiction of Carpenters Local 1977. Freight movement from marshalling yards and loading docks is handled exclusively by Teamsters Local 631. Official show electrical and high-voltage connections are serviced by Edlen Electrical.

Overhead Rigging & Structural Guidelines

Overhead rigging trim height varies by hall (Central, North, South, and West Hall max 25–35 ft). All hanging signs, truss structures, and overhead banners require PE-stamped engineering calculations submitted at least 21 days prior to target move-in. Approved rigging vendor is Encore / In-House Rigging.
